Investigation Requirements

It is difficult, if not impossible, to obtain reliable

photographic, audio and video evidence during an

investigation if anyone is smoking or if children,

pets or large groups of people are present. To

ensure the best conditions possible for the  

collection of evidence, we have established the

following investigation requirements. You must

agree to comply with all of the requirements listed

below before we can schedule an investigation of

your residence or business:

To eliminate potential contamination of audio

evidence, all TVs, radios, cell phones and other

sound sources in the residence or business must

be turned off during the investigation.

To eliminate potential contamination of

photographic evidence, no smoking will be allowed

inside the residence or business during the

investigation.

Due to noise and safety issues, only the primary

adults who reside at the residence or work at the

business can be present during the investigation.

Relatives, friends, co-workers, etc. cannot attend

the investigation. However, if the person

requesting an investigation lives or works alone,

he or she may invite one relative, one friend or

one co-worker to be present during the

investigation.

 Due to noise and safety issues, minor children

under the age of 18 cannot be present during the

investigation. Arrangements must be made for

minors to be cared for away from the premises

during the investigation. THERE ARE NO

EXCEPTIONS CONCERNING MINORS.

Due to noise issues, indoor pets should be confined

to an secluded area of the house or garage if

possible during the investigation.

By returning the completed questionnaire to us,

you confirm that you understand and agree to

comply with all of our investigation requirements.

We reserve the right to terminate an investigation

immediately upon arrival if any of these

requirements are not met or if any requirements

are violated during an investigation.
